London Borough of Jam - Fig & Earl Grey Jam

Made with the juiciest Figs and cooked with Earl Grey tea producing a sweet – but ever so slight savoury – jam due to the texture/flavour from the fig seeds. Highly recommended on toast but equally as delicious served on a bruschetta with feta cheese, rocket & olive oil.
